Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Prospect Room, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Prospect Room.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: don't attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure, don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, and don't use the app for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty on statistical accuracy
Statistics, fantasy point calculations, and other data displayed in Prospect Room are provided "as is," sourced from third parties including MySportsFeeds and Sleeper. We make no guarantee that this data is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.
Intellectual property
The Prospect Room app, its design, and its software are owned by MJD Tech LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its underlying code except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party data
NFL statistics are provided by MySportsFeeds. League scoring data is provided by Sleeper's public API. Prospect Room is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, or Sleeper.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
