Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Prospect Room, published by MJD Tech LLC ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and stores information. It reflects what the app actually does today — not a general template.
Information we collect
- Account credentials. Email address and password, handled by our authentication provider. We receive a unique account ID, not your raw password.
- League scoring format. When you connect a Sleeper league, you enter your Sleeper username so we can look up your league's scoring configuration through Sleeper's public API — the username itself is used only for that lookup and is not stored. The resulting scoring format is retained server-side so fantasy points can be computed for your queries.
- Bug reports. If you submit a bug report in-app, we collect the text you write plus device and app metadata (e.g. app version, OS version) to help diagnose the issue.
- Client logs. The app sends operational logs tagged with a correlation ID to our logging infrastructure, so we can trace a specific session's activity if you report a problem.
- Crash and error data. Crash reports and error diagnostics are sent to our crash-reporting service.
Stored on your device only
Saved queries and saved comparisons are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store them on our servers.
What we don't collect
No advertising, no advertising SDKs, no location data, and no payment data — Prospect Room does not currently process payments.
Service providers
We use the following to operate the app: an authentication provider, a crash-reporting service, our web hosting and infrastructure provider, and Sleeper's public API (league scoring lookup). MySportsFeeds supplies the underlying NFL statistics and receives no user data from us.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated server-side data (including any connected league scoring configuration). Data stored only on your device — saved queries and comparisons — is removed when you delete the app or clear its storage.
Children's privacy
Prospect Room is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at support@prospectroom.app and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above.
